  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ পন্য ও স্থান ভেদে পরিবর্তন যোগ্য।ফ্রি ডেলিভারি সকল পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়।
  • আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারগন (যেমনঃ RedX, Pathao, eCourier) তাদের নিজ নিজ শর্তাবলী সংরক্ষন করেন।

  • কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং কন্ডীশনাল পে-মেন্ট এর চার্জ ক্রেতা প্রদান করবে। প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছানোর সময় এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ও প্রোডাক্ট এর ভিন্নতার উপর।
  • কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পরিবহনকালীন পন্যের কোনরূপ ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হলে ”কথারাখি” তার দায়ভার বহন করবে না।
  • পন্য কুরিয়ারে বুকিং এর পর তার কোন দায়িত্ব আর ”কথারাখি”র নয়, তবে ক্রেতা চাইলে বুকিং নাম্বার ও বুকিং সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় তথ্য ”কথারাখি”র থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।
  • কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো পন্য ক্রেতা সরাসরি তার নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ব্রাঞ্চ থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
